| Just looked in my fridge. Found 3 large cans of Heineken beer. Still keeping it cold for Tom, since his fridge was not connected in the range. How long shall I gard them Tom? | |

| They have to be ones containing squashed flies (raisins) or the deal's off. I do like my squashed flies. | |

| Wouldn't be surprised if they are in or on them. However I should inspect the wrapping, since I refuse to eat those things | |

| I have a can of John Smiths beer that has been rolling around under the seats of my caravan for a while. The date? Best before June 2005. | |

| Don't know how you like your beer, but I would certainly not try it anymore. Beer can't stand aging, that's why we drink it so fast | |

I was stopped once by the police who were following me along narrow country lanes for a few miles. Thought I was on drugs as I was going a little fast ... or "crazy" as they described it. Can't see it myself as I was well within the speed limit for a country lane - 50 mph / 80 kph - for I was only travelling at 40 mph. I did point out that towing with a Range Rover was nothing like towing with a saloon car, to which they actually agreed! I still got told off though, but interestingly not booked for dangerous driving or anything else - just told to "slow down". Can't have been that bad after all. Thaink I'll try for 45 mph next time. | |

| Everyone has seen my towballs and know they are in excellent condition! Enough witty banter, I'm off to work on work on my new event for next year. Bought six Michelin maps today to find some nice tracks. Where? Now that would be telling. Night all. x x x | |
