| after we left calais at 2 in the morning, we started going back to chateauroux where our defender broke down. On the way there we where holded by the police for several times. So we arrived in chateauroux at 13 o'clock.
Their we waited for the car which as repared against 16.30. Still don't know why it took so long. we then left for belgium and we arrived in Belgium around 2 in the morning and finally home at 3 in the morning.

| Congratiolations rally dogs.
Glad you made it home finally.
Such a disappointment to get stuck the last day.
And such a surprise you showed up at price giving.
Once again, you deserved your Team spirit award.
We'll meet again !!

| Nick and Maxime - you seem to have had an interesting rally. Its no fun to breakdown on the rally. Our first rally in Lenny our disco was quite eventful from a broken universal joint on the first day to a broken brake pipe in Spain and the trailing arm broke in Lichtenstein just as we were heading into Austria which is how we met Sebastian and his Dad. I am still very grateful for their help. Pleased to hear you've made it back home complete with your defender. What was the problem ?

| the seal of the waterpomp and the waterpomp died on us. so we where losing all our water instantly. we have tried to find the piece in several shops and garages but never found it. so we had to be towed to the nearest garage. and they ordered the piece.
@jaap: indeed we where very lucky to still make it at the price giving sadly with a rental car. a shame do that there where already a lot of people that left.
