Morning all. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the pub quiz last night, what an absolute hoot. It was great to meet you and put faces to names etc, even if I am a little bleary eyed this morning

Likewise, both to meet you and the blearyeyedness! Called in to the boozer this morning to say how much we enjoyed it, landlord reckons about £600 was raised for Thames Valley Air Ambulance ... RESULT!!!!!!!!!

By the way Bun, meant to ask before we went but the Hobgoblin had truly kicked in by then; what position did Team Thames Valley 4x4 come in the quiz?

Hi Tom, not sure exactly what position, but the winner got 106 points and we had 90 or so. Carrie reckons 5th or 6th. I expect Steve will know the exact results. Result was Air Ambulance £600:00 better off and we all had a good time

Yep, that's what is was all about - £600!!!
Athough did mention that The Landy Rally Disorganiser's Pub Quiz Team beat The Thames Valley 4x4 Dream Team? Somehow through the alcoholic Hobgoblin haze we managed to come 4th ... so we did!
Something to do with the fact Badger was stone-cold sober perhaps?
