Hi
I did the whole trip last year running mostly on LPG - there were only a few places i couldnt get it.
Make sure you get a Euro Convertor for your filler nozzle!
I did spend some time looking through websites before i went but it is so available in most countries that really did not try and map the whole route out.
Italy was a little bit of a pain but france - everywhere!
