Un '3.000 miglia all-marques' / km su strada 4.800 eseguire comprendente 11 paesi in 9 giorni, questo evento a non-velocità di un massimo di 100 squadre con auto fuori strada e da parte del club di tipo sociale. Aggiungete a questo mix, la possibilità di sollevare una quantità considerevole di reddito per beneficenza e per buone cause, diventa subito evidente che si tratta di un evento di sostanza e meritevole di sostegno.

L'evento è aperto a tutta la famiglia, senza limiti di età minima o massima. Lo stesso vale per il fondo di beneficenza per l'educazione - tanto o poco per buona causa puo' essere gestito dai partecipanti del team. Durante la notte la sosta sara' a campeggi appositi, ma se necessario gli alberghi si trovano nelle vicinanze. Qualunque sia la vostra sistemazione, ci sarà un comune 'stare insieme' alla manifestazione temporanea HQ ogni sera!

Insieme con la strada gia' percorsa, il nuovo itinerario Landy Rally per il 2010 comprende ...l'inizio ufficiale a Valkenburg, in Olanda, una strada percorrono Olanda, Belgio, Lussemburgo, Francia, la Foresta Nera in Germania, Svizzera, Austria, Lichtenstein, Svizzera, affrontando le curve 48 tornanti del Passo dello Stelvio d'Italia - ha votato "Migliore guida strada nel mondo "per BBC2 Top Gear automobilismo programma - dolce guida fuoristrada su piste normalmente chiuso a Val d'Isere 2500 metri su per le Alpi francesi (a 200 ettari, è sia il più grande e più alta del sito off-road in n Europa), visitando il paradiso fiscale di Andorra (ad esempio, 1 litro di vodka @ £ 2), una discreta quantità di brani a distanza di affrontare, nei Pirenei spagnoli e francesi (l'equivalente del nostro greenlaning), il divertimento '' giochi a un francese Off Road Centre con locali fuoristrada, tutti finire con una cena prestigiosa premiazione a guardare avanti per tornare a Calais. Non commettere errori, anche se non è contro il tempo, Landy Rally è una gara piena di sangue, non semplicemente un piacevole tour d'Europa. L'aspetto non dannoso della Carità Drive (cioè 'non-estremo' off-road) consente ai partecipanti di avere ancora maledettamente divertente, senza distruggere veicoli. E 'semplicemente un evento che ogni appassionato vero 4x4 piacerebbe essere coinvolto.

Sulla scorta di oltre 20 anni di esperienza di organizzazione, officiare e competere nelle più importanti manifestazioni 4x4 in tutto il mondo - National 4x4 Show, Rainforest Challenge of Malaysia, Guinness World Records "La più grande parata di Land Rover" (dove abbiamo stabilito un nuovo record mondiale), Euro Truck Trial UK Round, Scrubs-Sahara Breakout il lancio del gruppo caritativo DORA (Disabili Fuoristrada Access), Paris-Dakar Rally, ecc - è garantito che qualsiasi singhiozzo lungo il percorso saranno trattati da funzionari con un bagaglio di esperienza.

Landy Rally è aperto a tutte le marche di veicoli 4x4 SUV se europeo, jap o Jeep. Tutti i partecipanti seguono un libro identico itinerario stradale e, in competizione per esattamente gli stessi trofei e premi in denaro.

Yep!

Well, It was quite simple: he didn't make it to the top. Maybe tyres, maybe forgot difflock? Anyway backing up he got stuck with the back in the ground so wasn't able to make some speed.

Tyres are like slicks off-road, so it's only momentum (SPEED!!!) that gets me through most places. This was a drop into a brook then straight up a steep bank. Not a hope in hell of making it, but had to give it a go ... just in case.

Besides, Jaap hadn't towed anybody all day, so rather than him getting the shakes, I purposely got stuck!
