I've just had an email from BBC Manchester (radio, I presume), who are doing a short piece about stammering and want to do a short pre-recorded interview about stammering and the rally with us! What should I say? Tweedie isn't answering his phone!

You should say yes!
I have dealt with many jounalists over the years with various events that Tom and I have done....The jounalist will already have a llist of questions that they want answers for and then you work out what to say and then you just "have a chat".
They want as good a story as you do so they will give you all the help you need.
Hope that helps

Easy - just be your normal excitable self. A radio interview is not that different from chatting on the phone to a company. Don't worry, your enthusiasm will come across and that's exactly what they want to hear.
Now TV, that's a different matter entirely ... I hate it!
GOOD LUCK!

Cheers for the advice and info! I'm quite a confident person, but I just had a bit of a panic there! I eventually got through to Tweedie at work and he said 'yes, of course!' and sounded very chilled! So we're going to do it. Will keep you posted.

Excellent stuff, good luck with it, sure you'llbe fine. As it's pre-recorded, find out whenit's on, and might be able to listen to it on there online boardcast system!
