As for this one, although most of us have seen it before, it's still fascinating/frightening in equal amounts - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eemH7C37LcU&feature=related Hope they had their belts on, and even if they did, that's going to make your chest explode, whereas a harness would be far less damaging.

I assume that it had an automatic gearbox? Perhaps I'll equip Red with an engine braking throttle...

Kieran, that vid is crap mate! I gave up halfway through. Some snotty-nosed Yank college kid trying to make a name for himself. Get a life saddo ... the kid, not you!

Getting back to off-road stuff, try http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ti65qL4DPZ0 It's the same famous Lion Back in which the Ford Bronco crashed - brake failure I'd say or it jumped out of gear, or possibly the driver has panicked and slammed her foot on the clutch - only in this video it's a Disco climbing it. Even at the start you can hear and see the wheels lifting off and quickly appreciate just how steep it really is. As it continues up you get the feeling that if that engine fails, they are gonners!!! Quite scary really.

That is incredible. I have seen the Lions Back, I thought it was Mane :?: but never have seen it with a LR doing the business before.
