That's us - team name and theme tune all in one!

Our team comprises 2 crew - me, Vanessa, co-driver and general bossy boots according to my Driver, Guy who is my new best friend since he agreed to bring his 90 on the rally!

We're rally virgins too so will be posting lots of boring questions like where on earth do you get a CB radio?? and such like, plus taking part in all the banter which seems compulsory from what I've read so far!

Can't wait to meet you all - what's the crack with Billing, is there a gathering?

Billing, or any other landy show, just look out the random gatherings of people in orange Landy Rally shirts... beer tent at noon is a good place to start ... or ask at the Venture Overland stand.

It's rare that there isn't some kind of gathering at the shows.

www.4x4cb.com ive had almost everything from there and never thought there expensive or had a bad experiance with them,

If teams buy CBs at the landy shows, it's apparently common practice to ask me to fit it. Not sure how that all started. Probably Keirans fault.

As for Kieran, he too has a theme tune. Not "There's a Monster Coming Over the Hill" (Team Monstar - it's a long story), but "Firestarter" ... or "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" or ...

Me again - good plan that Andybloke, the Beer Tent at high noon on Fri, Sat and Sun. Also check out VentureOverland's (VO) trade stand as that seems to have developed into the hub of most things at Billing - and ALL the shows for 'the orange ones'.

Thing is with Billing, as teams and individuals each have their own clubs and groups they like to visit, pinning anyone down for more the five seconds is virtually impossible. It'll be very different next year however as I fully intend to have a Landy Rally Club pitch (yes ... a club ... Ooooooo!!!!) where we can all display our pride 'n' joys in one set location. 2009 will be the third year of Landy Rally, therefore more than justifying a pitch and a colourful display. Until then Lady V, the beer tent and VO are the places to go.
