That looks soddin' steep, and as we all know gradients don't look half as extreme in a photo as they are on the day!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the chap operating the winch a wee bit close to that cable - especially under strain of a double line pull? Not so bad if it's Plasma rope, but deadly if it's a steel cable ... even with a damping blanket.
