| Hi, I just prepared a little web site of our recent Morocco tour. This site is done quickly with iWeb, therefore the little bit strange layout. The more spectacular scenes are on 8 hrs of film which I still have to sort out and extract some stills. Anyway no need to look http:web.mac.com/kaya_schlagintweit If the link doesn't work, just copy to browser | |

| Hi Kaya,
Great stuff! Unfortunately, can't get the link to work, nor does it open in a browser.
Look forward to meeting you, all the best, Mark | |

| Welcome back Kaya! What an adventure, especially on your own. A memorable experience for your children though - I am very jealous as I would love to see the desert again!!! I travelled around Morocco in the mid-1990’s when myself and a friend called Wayne (incidentally, Wayne’s also a mate of Captain Chaos, both of whom you might well meet when they see us in Calais just before Landy Rally starts) set up the charitable group D.O.R.A. This acronym means Disabled Off-Road Access, the idea being that via our Byway system of roads (‘greenlanes’) we would take disabled persons out into the British countryside on where of course they could normally never venture without a 4x4. To raise funds to kickstart D.O.R.A we ran a major ‘guess-the-mileage’ competition in International Off-Roader magazine (a publication now sadly defunct) with 30 prizes donated by the Land Rover/4x4/off-road trade whereby we took two Range Rover Classics on a marathon drive from England, through France and Spain, down and around Morocco. That too was an adventure, especially as the two RR’s were in need of a lot of preparation, something we didn’t has time for! What’s new? When on Landy Rally remind me to tell me on about the Range Rover without a clutch … all the way through Spain and Morocco! What happened to D.O.R.A.? Well, having run it for about four years it was time for Wayne and myself to move on to other projects, so GLASS (Greenlane Association) kindly took it on. Happy times!By the way, great travelogue you have put together there Kaya, especially that excellent ‘scrapbook effect’. I must learn about that sort of stuff one day. | |

| Excellent photos... A lot of the places reminded me of my Moroccan adventure back in December / January.
Its amazing how quickly you forget places and the names thereof - your photos bring the memories of adventure flooding back...
Roll on September! | |

| Well I thought the photo of you talking to the tractor driver was rather flattering - we couldn't see your face! | |
