Landy And BOFA4x4 Rally Dry Run: W/E 27th June.

OK, prov date for the Dry run is W/E 27th June.
Starting Friday and back home Sunday

Remember, this is primerily a dry run to check the car, equipment for the Landy BOFA Rally soon afters.
(and an exscuse for a party)

As already said we are more than happy to help such a worthy cause. This after all is what we do regularly with our funds. So to get things in focus, the first step, you need to let us know exact dates for this trip .We then get a clearance date from the Manager we liase with.

All being well, we could take the vehicles along as part of a normal forest drive over one or both days Sat & Sun which we would set in place for the chosen dates. Assuming we have a turnout of our regular attendees we would donate all money from them to the Charity. The guys on the BOFA challenge can join our normal drive with no fee required as they are already contributing by just being part of the BOFA Drive.

You understand our donation would only be the fees gained from the guys like yourself and our regulars. We would advertise the fact that all donations were being donated to the Charity and possibly our regulars would respond accordingly. This time of the year ’JUNE’ can be a fairly quiet attendance from our regulars .ie holidays etc so our donation is dependant on who and how many actually arrive

If this is what you are looking for you need to arrange the dates approximately so I can get the proper access arranged. With the dates identified the finer details can be worked out. I would need to know pretty accurately how many vehicles we would expect to handle and if some would prefer joining Bill to drive the slightly easier routes rather than my runs which as you know can inflict some vehicle damage with undue care on the driver’s part.

As per our normal practice all drivers would be required to sign our disclaimer documents on arrival.

Of all the weekends in all the months of all the years .. you had to pick that one !!!! Sorry it will be difficult to make that weekend as we have arranged to meet with our charity that. they apparently have a sailing event round the Isle of Wight
