| Not the most stable of vehicles at the best of times, I can think of better machines for tackling mountain passes ... like a 110!
Could be a fun project though as a joint venture for touring (not Landy Rally), picking up bits and bobs cheap as possible at LR autojumbles. Well worth considering I'd say, but again keep it cheap! | |

| hes thinking about joining up with his dad, if nothing else and we do build this ambulance he may make it to the finnish line for the party, we are just tryna work out what engine would be best to save money on it and to give it some power and a little more speed and reliability but for now the good news is ive found a fuel station round here thats selling diesel at 1.12.9 a liter which is 3p a liter cheaper than what we thought was already the cheapest |

| Most places are 59.9 for LPG, but I've now found one at 54.9 Makes you wanna spit eh? Talking of which, at Newbury last weekend I picked up an LPG kit with two torpedo tanks and a 3/4 internal tank, all for £100! It's for Deano's RR - my old green Classic - that he intends entering in LR`09 as a 'proper team' with Helen his partner (she was at Abingdon with him). Needless to say he's a very happy bunny as a thirsty V8 on solely petrol is not the greatest prospect these days. | |
