| Who of the participants lives closes by Luttenworth? I have to arrange a transport from Holland to somone in Leicester. probably this person can't pick it up this weekend. Would be nice if I could leave it with someone nearby. Off course I hope the recepient will arrange the pick up himself. The item is a canvasframe | |

| Of the people listed to go to Sibbertoft I think Tom lives closest to Leicester And then possibly us but we are some 60 miles away. But will help if all else fails. No idea where "the chaotic one" hails from though Sorry Tom if I'm dropping you in it here | |

| No problem Sylvia, dropped you in it a few times - Land Rally 2007 / 2008 / 2009 ... I'm your man Jaap. I live 28 miles away from Sibbertoft, and 26 miles from Leicester, so no problem whatsoever. We can easily sort it. In fact I could even deliver it direct to your contact in Leicester myself if he couldn't get to me. Whatever, it will be done! | |

| Luckily the receiver of the parts agreed to pick them up during the weekend. I don't need to use your offer(s). however, thanks for offering. We've booked the ferry. Calais Dover was cheapest. I'd had some troubles booking cause my car is considered a van or truck Calais Dover definitely was cheapest. it doesn't make a lot of difference in driving time in the Uk, some more in Europe, but we're used to that already . (thanks Tom) We'll arrive Friday before dinner (beertime) in Luttenworth and will be leaving Mondaymorning CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN

| No problem, I would have strapped it on the roof with cable ties/bungies/ratchet straps/baling twine/string. Was just hoping it would come with canvas as the sunroof leaks. Guess I'll never know know. Just as well, one gust of wind ... | |

Just as well, one gust of wind ... hey Tom, Do you have a set of carriers on the roof? Give me the measurements and I'll make you a canvas in between :?:

I ask because there is always a bed at my place before or after. What have you planned?

| Okay, we will see what my friend has to say about the 6x6. Will let you know. Find the pub? Step out of the Travel Lodge, step in to the pub. Crawl out of the pub, crawl into the Travel Lodge. Easy!!! | |

| Yep, silly question. After all, orange is a tradition at Christmas; clementines, satsumas ... Do you reckon Jaap & Henk will be able to find some orange? By the way Henk, you being a chef - don't expect a culinary feast on Saturday night. It's a Britsh pub after all, so fine dining is definitely off the menu. Tell you what, I'll leave it up to you Dutchies to bring the "nibbles" (snacks that go with alcohol) for the after-dinner party in the room. Should be interesting. And don't forget my Birthday present. Something cheap & nasty will be just perfect!!! | |
