"Picts" ... ha, there's a few of them around your area! Bit of snow here but not enough to brave the cold by getting out there with the camera. Me, I didn't go anywhere all weekend, draped myself over a radiator instead, you know it makes sense. Highlight of the weekend was watching that talentless, tuneless, clueless grinning benefit cheat Wagner tumble out of the X Factor last night. Arrrgggghhhhh!!!!! How sad am I?

| At last....... After four hours watching some strange stuff getting out of the sky, there is actually 1/2 inch of snow here. Not enough to get some fun. | |

| Snow is still next to nothing. But we are really getting some cold nights. So this evening we've been busy trying to establish a iceskating court at the basketball field. put a PE shield over it and water in. Now just wait. Last year it was great fun, hope it will be again. At least we had fun trying to get it so far. Beeing outside with a bunch of neighbours and a crate of beer is fun. Had to change footwear in between, ended up with an inch of water in my boots. got you nice pic of last year | |

| Just seen this on another forum, talking about 60 stuck in the Lincolnshire Wolds:-
Reply 1
60 is that all, we've has thousand stuck on the M25 at Dartford today, I was there for 7 hours, saw a nice G4 90 though so it was worth it.
Reply 2 It's just taken me over 2 1/2 hours to travel the 3 miles home from work!
Lincoln is at a total standstill due to 3" of snow, and almost everybody seems to have lost the ability to drive...
Reply 3
Yup, five and a half hours to get from Hatsings up the a21 to the toll booths. What amazes me, is me and other vehicles were parked on sheet ice on the approach to the tolls..... sheet bleddy ice on the busiest m Way in the country.......as soon as you slowed, you slid, if you pulled away you slid ........we all knew it was coming, what the f**k are the highways agency playing at.

Only five and a half hours? It took me 7 hours!

What are those? Google ... hot toddy ... and see the first description that pops up (it's Wikipedia). You would definitely like Hot Toddies.

| I'm sorry to disappoint you, The Dutch Barge is mostly parked inside. The real barges are in the back of the photographer, as are the seegoing vessels. From point were picture was taken it is only 70 yards to the river | |

| Incredible. How do you look at a picture if you even notice that??? as you can imagine it didn't last long. New year's eve it was taken down. Contractors wére still working at the pavement by that time. It is gone now.
I don't skate at all. Too much risk of injuries ( and it gets you tired) Go to work on flipflops. As i enter the shop directly from my house

| Finally, it snowed most of the day. At the beginning of the evening we had 4 inches. Repared the Barge by then, so even got to play. And now?? It is raining Btw: had to change stubaxle and wheelbearings at right frontwheel. Seems they got wet. Anyway got stuck, so real damage. | |
