| Changing the subject....(not a moment too soon, methinks!)
The rule about carrying flags at all times...can they be stickers of a flag or do they have to be flown? We've got MAHOOSIVE ones for the start line but will take them down when we're going along...don't want to be fannying around with those football fan style ones that clip on your car. What's the verdict?

| Rules only say vehicle to carry a flag of your country so i've gone for the sticker that I'm "carrying" on my bonnet!!.....Got a real one for the start though!! | |

| Last year we had proper flags for the start and "special occasions" and then stickers for the rest of the time..
That said, Paul still has 2 flags attached to his disco from last year! | |

| That bloke putting out a pair of Land Rover drip trays that have been under new Landies in the showroom for all of a week? Excellent - now that's what you call an extinguisher! The darn thing's nearly all tall/short as her ... at least I think it's a her as there are ickle bumpy bits and she's holding a pink bag. Mind you, The Firestarter (Kieran) likes pink too! Nice boy!!! ... as for flags, generally accepted that big material jobbies are great for the start line and through town (all of about 10 mph max.) and little 'uns or stickers are best for 'on the road'. | |
