| I have been very pleased with my Insa Turbo Saharas, a good compromise between mud and road and look good. Being remoulds they are quite cheap, only drawback they usually come from Paddocks and I have just vowed never to buy anything from them ever again. Perhaps someone else sells them? | |

| dont buy from paddocks! anything, it will break when your not using it
what about the kuhmo kl71's i run a set and sometimes find my self chasing round europe after parties and they stick to the road really well and stick to valdisaire evenbetter, although in mud they arnt amazing, insa turbo special tracks are the best off road and if your looking for chunky you wont get much more than them, grizzley claws are dangerous on the road |

I bought some rear worklights from them at a show which seem to be fine, but I've fitted some of their flashy lights to vehicles in the past, and they've failed within days. They do have some nice products, but also some cheap gimmicky tat.

| A family firm, MM4x4 have a good reputation: MM 4x4 Droitwich Road Worcester Worcestershire WR3 8TE Contact name: Martin Hussingtree Tel: 01905 451506 Fax: 01905 755323 Email: assist@mm4x4.com Web: www.mm-4x4.com Wayne, Landy Rally 2010 Event Manger, recently bought a set of Insa Turbos - good value, good on and off-road. Personally, when the time comes I will go for another set of 255/65x16 Amazon Technic's. They were fitted to my green Rangie (the one that Dean now has) and they were excellent. On-road even in the wet they stuck like *hit to a blanket - amazing for such an open tread - off-road they were ace, and boy do they look agressive!!! Just Googled "Amazon Technic" and I see that MM4x4 stock them. Don't know how much though, didn't explore that far. I also see that 4x4Tyres.com stock them (this being Formula4's online store for wheels and tyres): 4x4Tyres.com Mercury Park Leeming Bar Industrial Estate Leeming Bar North Yorkshire DL7 9UN Tel: 01677 428792 Fax: 01677 425666 Email: Contact enquiry/reply box within website Web: www.4x4tyres.com See http://www.formula4.co.uk/265_75_16_kingpin_technic_mud_terrain_tyres_off_road_205_16_750.html for a pretty photo. Cheap too, only £55.66 each + VAT (free carriage). This company also has a very good reputation. They are a big company and are wheels & tyres specialists selling thousands per year. I agree, I wouldn't go for Grizzly Claws either. Good luck! | |

| yeah i was worried about the dates of my course starting the same date as the rally, so i emailed them with exacly what i was doing and who the charity was, i got the reply simply saying, ok this is fine just let us know when you arrive here, i did and they were fine, for things like landy raally peple genrally seem to understand as for bolt on bits i brought their off-road super bright headlights and within a week filled them with mud and water and one seemed to break, so when i saw them at a show i askd if i could have a replacement one and even if i paid for it they wouldnt sell one i guess you could say its my fault cheers kieran |

... i guess you could say its my fault "Not for use on-road" doesn't mean "For use off-road"

| Companies not wanting to sell their products to The Johnson family seems to be a recurring theme on this forum. | |
